So, the big question is how can you Burn Belly Fat and keep it under control?

Burn Belly Fat? … Perhaps the easiest way to answer this question is by understanding how belly fat or extra body fat for that matter comes about. Extra Stomach fat is caused by a combination of factors such as food, your body metabolism, degree of physical activity, and your age among other factors. Of these factors, food, body metabolism, and physical activity or exercise are the main determinants of the amount of belly fat your body accumulates. These also determine the rate at which you burn belly fat. When you consume your food, your body can only use what it needs to function normally and anything extra is either eliminated as waste or converted into fat and stored as body fat. Unfortunately, your abdomen or belly area, hips and buttocks become the storage area.

Using the right Stomach Exercises and Cardio Reduces Abdominal Fat fast

Using the right kind of stomach exercises will help burn belly fat. However, most stomach exercises alone will not get rid of belly fat. The best combination that I have seen working effectively as a coach is cardio or aerobic exercises together with stomach exercises. Cardio not only helps to burn belly fat, but also the overall body fat. Stomach exercises on the other hand mainly help to strengthen the abdominal muscles thus flattening your stomach in the process. Research has shown that stomach exercises alone are not as effective for people want to burn belly fat. It is also important to remember that the calories that you burn exercising are from the extra body fat most of which is abdominal fat.
