When all is said and done, my advice to everyone is to pick an option that they can live with. I chose running and it works for me, but wife mainly does short intense abs exercises or abs workouts and they work wonders for her. I can run for 10 miles each day, she can only do her abdominal exercises few minutes on some days of the week.
