With the pressures of everyday life, sometimes exercising to lose abdominal fat or that extra body fat can be challenging. This is more so for a working mom than guys. This is also the reason why losing abdominal fat or weight is a struggle for most people. I know from my experience as a coach and trainer, I see people everyday desiring to exercise to lose abdominal fat or weight, but they always find a reason not to. The excessive stress at office, coupled with the stress of taking care of my family, sometimes make it impossible to stick to your weight loss plan. It is not right to use the ‘lack of time’ as an excuse for avoiding exercises. Let’s be honest here: you are probably either afraid of exercises or just don’t know where to start! In either case, this article will help you get rid of abdominal fat and achieve your fitness goals!

I usually plan my clients’ programs based on what they like and I know are effective in achieving whatever goals they have e.g. losing abdominal fat or getting flat stomach abs. Instead, try to take it easy and stick to your own program. If you don’t have one, you can start by working out only for fifteen to twenty minutes per day, for two or three days a week.
